📌 We are looking for a passionate 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for mastering specific cybersecurity products from our company’s portfolio, acting as a subject matter expert, and providing technical support to internal teams and customers.

⭕ Responsibilities
- Learn, master, and certify in specific security products from our portfolio.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on assigned cybersecurity technologies.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams (sales, pre-sales, and operations).
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues.
- Conduct product demonstrations, POCs (proof-of-concepts), and training sessions when needed.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and deployment of security solutions

⭕ Qualifications
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or network security.
- Strong understanding of firewalls, endpoint security, SIEM, and vulnerability management.
- Preferred: Graduated from ITI or NTI (Cybersecurity Track).
- Passionate about cybersecurity and eager to learn new security products.
- Basic experience in Linux, Windows Server, and networking concepts.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to support internal teams and customers.
- Security certifications (e.g., CEH, Security+, F5, Palo Alto PCCSA) are a plus.
